Yes, any time, from the Billing page. No phone call, nothing to send. Nothing is deleted: your board, notes and pipeline are all still there if you come back. On a monthly plan you can pause instead. Billing and scouting stop from the next billing period until you resume, and your account stays exactly as it is. Cancelling stops the renewal. Everything keeps working until the end of the month or year you have already paid for. That paid time is not refunded.

First, a welcome email and a short questionnaire about your organization and its programmes — about ten minutes, and every answer can be changed later. As soon as you finish it, your Scout starts its first full sweep across every funding category, and you can watch it work on your dashboard. Within about half an hour, your first report arrives in your inbox. From then on your board is kept current every day, and a digest comes whenever something new turns up or a deadline is close. Every opportunity is read on the funder's own page and checked again while it stays open, so you work from the source, not from a summary. Each one shows when it was last checked, and anything we could not confirm is labelled. The weekly email only announces opportunities confirmed open. Donor gifts are shown exactly as the funder filed them, with the year (filings run about a year behind). Funders can change a programme, so every opportunity links straight to the official page to confirm the amount and deadline before you apply.

Yes. Your organization's information belongs to you. We do not sell it, and no other organization can see your board, notes, documents or community records. Records about the households you serve are never used to train any model. The daily web research is given only public facts such as your city and region — never your notes, documents or household records. The service runs on servers in the European Union, and you can ask for a copy of your data, or for it to be deleted, at any time.

Yes. The whole site works in Hebrew, right to left — this page, the questionnaire, your dashboard and the application assistant. Switch with the language button at the top of any page. Your weekly email can come in Hebrew too. Funder and programme names stay in their own language, so you can find them on the funder's site.

If the application is a fillable PDF, we fill it in for you. If it is submitted on the funder's website with a login, we show you what to enter and where, and you just send it. There is no guarantee of funding. We help you find the right opportunities and prepare each application so that you apply under the best possible conditions. Over time shluchim get better at this, and the grants they receive grow.

Each Chabad house has one main user with full permissions. Larger houses can add up to 4 more team members who work with the rabbi, 5 users in total, all included in the same price. They work at the same time and can message each other through a built-in team chat inside the platform, so coordination stays in one place. If you need more, email support@myfundingscout.com. The main user controls each person's level of access. An account is tied to its house and area and cannot be changed once it is created, so it cannot be passed from one organization to another.
